Clavis
Browser-local hydrate cage analysis, guest occupancy, and publication-ready visualization.
WASM-local analysis · Guest occupancy · Path-traced figures
Current Clavis Algorithm Suite
Hydrate Algorithm Suite
Separate browser-local TRACE, HTR, and native GRADE paths provide general cage finding, oxygen-topology rings, canonical cage counts, F3/F4 metrics, and guest occupancy.
Cage & Water Ordering
Measure global and per-water F3/F4 ordering, while native GRADE reports 5¹², 5¹²6², and 5¹²6⁴ cage and filled-cage counts.
Render Resource Figures
Choose the Render Resource, use the runtime-supported CPU still-image fallback for still PNGs, and draw Drag Frame output frame crops whose output dimensions follow the crop aspect.
Format & Layer Workflow
Run algorithm-owned TRACE, HTR, GRADE, and F3/F4 ranges across GRO, mapped LAMMPS, and paired native GROMACS sessions.
Guest Occupancy Filters
Report Overall occupancy, θ_S/θ_L, filled vs. empty cages, and filter occupied-guest highlights by cage type or guest layer.
“Clavis transformed our cage analysis workflow. What used to take hours of custom scripting now runs in seconds, directly in the browser.”
